Russell Ranch Dried Tomato Recipe Contest

As part of the annual staff party, the Agricultural Sustainability Institute held a dried tomato recipe contest on January 27, 2012.  Contestants were challenged to use the Russell Ranch Dried Tomatoes to create an exciting and delicious recipe.  Over forty people sampled ten dishes and voted for their top three favorite recipes. The winners and their recipes can be found below.
